RiPSIM Technologies has secured strategic investment from Swisscom Ventures, the venture capital arm of Swisscom AG, to expand its cloud-native eSIM-as-a-Service platform. The innovation enables carriers and enterprises to create and manage mobile network authentication credentials on demand, improving security, provisioning, and service agility. CIG Shanghai Raises HK$4.616 billion in Record Telecom IPO

CIG Shanghai (CIG) has raised HK$4.616 billion, reaching HK$5.308 billion with full over-allotment. Guotai Junan International Holdings (GTJAI) acted as the sole sponsor, overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, bookrunner, and lead manager. GTJAI’s investor network attracted 16 cornerstone investors, including global funds and sovereign wealth entities, completing the process within six months.

South Reach Networks (SRN) is investing heavily to expand its fibre-optic network across Florida, adding over 60 route-miles of underground, multi-conduit fibre across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, and Palm Coast. The high-capacity, low-loss infrastructure enhances route diversity and supports emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, and cloud connectivity. The project boosts redundancy and provides more direct access to major data centres, subsea cable stations, and key Points-of-Presence, reinforcing SRN’s customer-focused approach to delivering enhanced reliability and scalability.
