CETIN Turns to AI to Strengthen Slovakia’s 5G Network
CETIN Networks in Slovakia has selected RADCOM under a multi-year contract to deploy an AI-driven service assurance platform across its mobile network, replacing its legacy provider. The solution will provide unified visibility from the radio access network to the core as CETIN advances its 5G Standalone and cloud-native core rollout. Built on RADCOM ACE, the platform uses real-time signaling, machine learning and anomaly detection to identify network degradation proactively, support faster complaint resolution and improve subscriber-level troubleshooting. It will also provide assurance for VoLTE, VoWiFi and VoNR services, while supporting service-level agreements and integration with OSS, BSS and analytics systems. The deployment strengthens CETIN’s monitoring capabilities as it expands 5G services.
