OnMobile Global today announced that it completed the $26 million deal to sell its French subsidiary Voxmobili to Synchronoss Technologies.
The deal with Synchronoss Technologies, a mobile cloud solutions vendor headquartered in New Jersey, was announced in May 2014.
The sale of Voxmobili is directly in line with OnMobile’s strategy of focusing on its core products, the Bangalore-based mobile VAS vendor said in a statement.
