Arvind Vohra, business head, Mumbai, Vodafone India, said: “A spurt in sales of smart phones has saddled mobile phone users with the challenge of transferring data from their existing phone to the new handset.”

Vodafone’s Vodafone customer service personnel at these stores will take care of the data transfer requirements of the customers. Vodafone Red Box is compatible with all branded handsets. The technology is handset agnostic and can transfer data from and to any handset brands available in the market.
