txtNation launches mobile billing solution for India

txtNation today announced the launch of its mobile billing solution for India, enabling merchants to accept mobile payments via Premium SMS. It’s working with Vodafone, Uninor, Tata Docomo, Idea, Airtel and Aircel.

Earlier, txtNation, a tier-one aggregator across mobile billing and messaging, unveiled its secure and cost effective solutions in Brazil, Russia and China. In January, 2014, it launched Direct Operator Billing in Russia.

txtNation is considering India as a major telecom market which has 635.51 million subscribers in total, or a 53.77 percent penetration rate, with a monthly mobile phone addition rate of 4.90 million.

txtNation has linked up with Vodafone, Uninor, Tata Docomo, Idea, Airtel and Aircel and offers customer price points / tariffs available across INR 3 to 50. The new shortcode for India has been added to txtNation platform and is live now, complementing the company’s existing Asian footprint.

txtNation’s global reach means that it can facilitate mobile messaging services and products via an international SMS Gateway across North America, Europe, Australia and Africa. txtNation has over 7000 clients large and small on every continent.

The company claims that txtNation’s products and services increase customer acquisition, improve loyalty and build trusted brands and awareness through direct, personal, easy, and immediate communications.
