Transvision taps Amdocs for customer care and billing

Transvision, a provider of direct-to-home Pay TV services in Indonesia, has selected Amdocs to provide customer care and billing solution.

As per the billing deal, Amdocs will provide a customer care and billing solution tailored for Pay TV operators. Transvision is expected to benefit from consistent customer experience and reduced costs.

Hengkie Liwanto, president director at Transvision, said: “Amdocs’ solution features rules-driven service, pricing and promotion business policies that eliminate individual call agent decisions in order to speed up the order and service delivery process.”

Chris Williams, head of global marketing at Amdocs, said: “Our billing and customer care solution will prepare Transvision to build customer loyalty by delivering personalized, contextualized experience along with exciting new services.”
