TeliaSonera firm buys IT and system integrator Síminn Danmark

Telia, a TeliaSonera-owned telecom operator in Denmark, has acquired Síminn Danmark, a Danish IT and system integrator.

The acquisition will strengthen Telia’s position in the Danish market and enables Telia to provide its corporate customers with telecom services in combination with cloud based services.

Síminn Denmark reported revenues of 83.4 million DKK in 2013. The agreement includes 2,880 corporate customers. Síminn’s 42 employees will move to Telia.
