Spirent said its LSA solutions rapidly automate network processes, with return on investment realized in 12 months.

Spirent is bringing its latest service assurance capabilities to mobile emergency, VoLTE, data and messaging services in the United States and Mexico. This includes automation of service activation, SLA performance monitoring, multi-tiered customer care issue resolution, call handling and more.

Spirent’s VisionWorks Virtual Test Platforms are a key component of these deployments, supporting migration away from physical probes to flexible, software-based virtual test agents that make it cost-effective to proactively monitor services virtually anywhere in the network.

Spirent’s LSA solutions are delivering real-time operational analytics for wireline, cable and mobile operators to address issues to improve service performance and customer experiences by leveraging automation, analytics and active testing technologies.

Spirent VisionWorks for unified service assurance are assisting top North American mobile operators to automate more than 50 different operational, engineering and customer care functions. The deployments will deliver seven-times faster service activation, millions in cost savings and higher-quality, differentiated market offerings.

“Over the past year, mobile network operators have accelerated their automation plans to get ahead of the competitive threats they face,” said Dave Stehlin, general manager of Lifecycle Service Assurance (LSA) for Spirent.
