SingTel selects NetCracker and NEC to transform backend systems for enterprises

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has selected NetCracker Technology and NEC to transform the backend systems for its enterprise customers.

The solution will automate and enhance SingTel’s service fulfillment processes to enable its Group Enterprise to bring new products and services bundles to the market more swiftly.

SingTel’s Group Enterprise provides fixed-line, mobile and data connectivity services; cloud applications; and enterprise mobility capabilities for SMBs, large enterprises and government customers across Asia.

“NetCracker’s solutions will help SingTel Group Enterprise augment our operational efficiency, improve productivity and increase network configuration accuracy across our services, leading to enhanced customer service experience with shorter service provisioning lead time,” said Lee Han Kheng, vice president of Global Products at SingTel Group Enterprise.

This new service fulfillment solution will establish a single, centralized network inventory database while bringing together SingTel’s service fulfillment, service assurance and network solution components into an automated process for resource checking, reservation and service activation.
