Reliance Communications expands enterprise service offerings

Indian telecom service provider Reliance Communications has launched new enterprise services such as Insta Call & Auto Call, Reliance Cloud VideoSurveillance, Wirefree Business Internet and ArchStore.

Last week, Reliance Communications said its revenue for fiscal 2014 increased 3.29 percent to Rs 21,238 crore and net profit rose 55.8 percent to Rs 1,047 crore.

Vinod Sawhny, chief executive officer, Reliance Communications, said: “After having led the market with our voice and data products and services, we are now offering specialized Managed Services offerings and Customized Solutions.”

Reliance Communications said its Intelligent Voice Platform delivers communications-enabled business processes as a targeted service for large enterprises, providing complete control to customers.

For instance, Indian enterprises can automate, control and manage in-bound customer interactions, as well as out-bound information notifications as per business needs. End-customers can directly interact with enterprise business processes and applications, via Voice, IVR, SMS, Web and QR, said Reliance Communications.

Reliance Cloud Video Surveillance is designed to give enterprises seamless surveillance of all their sites across the country.

Reliance Wirefree Business Internet is designed for the Indian SMB segment. It comes  bundled  with  Security features  and  other  value  added  services.

Reliance Communications said Archstore, a cloud-based product for Archiving & Long term Storage needs, is targeted at requirements pertaining to the management of data that is more referential in nature, for e.g., records related to KYC, Compliance and Background Information.
