Polystar says managed services for telecoms come with new SLAs

Polystar, a supplier of service assurance, network monitoring and test solutions to telecom industry, has launched its new managed service offer for mobile operators.

The new managed service portfolio includes direct, on-site supervised operational support for Polystar’s customers.

Polystar’s latest managed services will assist CSPs to reduce operational cost and improve efficiency of network. Customers will also benefit from maximized system availability and increased data reliability.

The company will provide experts to ensure close and continuous communication with peers in the CSP organization and the effective management of the Polystar solutions. An expert will be based in the customer’s premises and as an embedded member of its team.

The resident experts will be supported by Polystar’s new Global Service Operations Centre (SOC) that will provide 24×7 support coverage around the world. The resident expert will monitor deployed solutions and perform proactive testing.

Polystar is also promising new Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to its customers, based on agreed performance criteria.
