OXYCOM selects BroadSoft to drive cloud platform in Poland

By Telecom
Lead Team:
BroadSoft announced that OXYCOM, an information and communications
technology (ICT) provider in Poland, has selected the BroadWorks voice
application platform for its cloud-based unified communications services to
businesses.

With the new
BroadWorks-enabled offering, budget-constrained service providers and resellers
will be able to leverage the OXYCOM cloud-based platform to reduce expenses
associated with internal infrastructure build-outs and bring to market voice
and unified communications services — including HD audio and video
conferencing and messaging — to enterprises in Poland.

OXYCOM
relies on BroadWorks’ flexible, open platform to offer cloud-based unified
communications services on demand to fixed-line, mobile and Internet service
providers, as well as other partners and resellers. These providers can easily
brand and customize a wide range of communications services for their business
and residential customers.

“As we
extend our cloud communications services to the enterprise and residential
markets in Poland, it was clear BroadWorks was the optimal platform due to its
openness, reliability and ability to seamlessly integrate applications and
communications services,” said Piotr Mazurkiewicz, president, OXYCOM.

“We are
excited to support OXYCOM in providing its service provider customers with new
voice and multimedia capabilities to an enterprise market that is increasingly
shifting to cloud-based communication services,” said Leslie Ferry, vice
president marketing, BroadSoft.
