The vCEM solution features video analytics with real-time service quality assurance to assist telecom network operators to better video experience. Better video quality, reduce churn, optimize existing investments and personalize the customer experience are the main benefits to telecoms.

IneoQuest analytics solution scales the entire video delivery chain from ingest, across the different network delivery infrastructures, to the end mobile devices.
