Mobiquity, a professional services firm specializing in
the design, build, deployment and analysis of innovative enterprise-class
mobile solutions, announced it is working closely with SAP to help customers
develop and implement mobile strategies and applications that optimize
investments in SAP enterprise solutions.

SAP enterprise solutions including SAP ERP, SAP Customer
Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and business intelligence.

This announcement underscores Mobiquity’s continued
momentum as a mobile solutions provider of choice for organizations seeking to
leverage the industry’s deepest experience base across the full range of mobile
services.

“Teaming with Mobiquity, with its expertise in
enterprise platforms, mobile solutions and the building of mobile applications,
will strengthen SAP’s ability to bring added value to our clients quickly and
effectively,” said Chris McClain, senior vice president, Global Mobility
and Sybase Solutions, SAP.

Mobiquity, in cooperation with SAP, will enable SAP’s
clients to develop business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-employee (B2E) and
business-to-business (B2B) mobile strategies and to increase revenue
opportunities, maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.

Mobiquity is also combining its expertise
in mobile application development with the Sybase Unwired Platform and the
Afaria device management solution to develop integrated and secure mobile
experiences for both customers and SAP’s Mobility Practice.

“Mobiquity is very excited to collaborate with SAP
in bringing mobile enterprise solutions to the marketplace. We’re confident
this relationship will yield great dividends for both companies, but most
importantly, deliver innovative mobile solutions with real payback for our
respective clients,” said Scott Snyder, president and chief strategy
officer, Mobiquity.

Mobiquity recently announced it has acquired
KMDM, a mobile development shop.

The acquisition of KMDM was made in response to the
market’s exploding demand for Mobiquity’s range of mobile professional
services. KMDM is the second company Mobiquity has rolled-in since its founding
in April 2011.
