Mistral Mobile’sm-Agent solution tapped by Adarsh Credit Co-operative

Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society will use Mistral Mobile’sm-Agent solution to power Adarsh’s agents to offer services to its members.

Mistral Mobile’s m-Agent solution enables Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society agents to perform services including opening new accounts, taking deposits, handling loans and other payment services.

Rahul Modi, additional chief operating officer of Adarsh, said its agents will benefit from intuitive user interfaces that work on feature phones as well as smartphones, over any mobile operator network, with or without a data connection.

The solution uses encrypted SMS for communications between mobile applications and the service, there are no limitations to using it even in the most rural areas.
