Mike Shove is the new COO of CSC managed services sector



CSC has appointed Mike Shove as the chief operating officer for the company’s
Managed Services Sector (MSS).



Shove will be responsible for MSS operational leadership across CSC’s global
organization, with a focus on meeting financial commitments, improving
profitability across CSC’s global operations, improving operational
competitiveness and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.



Shove will report to Peter Allen, acting president of MSS.



“Mike brings the right skill and expertise to guide MSS operations and the
knowledge on delivering the ultimate client experience that will earn us the
highest level of trust and loyalty with our clients,” said Allen.



Shove previously served as president of CSC’s Asia Group for more than four
years, responsible for the company’s operations and clients in China, Hong
Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.



Prior to this assignment, he was president and managing director of CSC’s
Australia and New Zealand business and has served as vice president of
Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) for CSC’s Australian Group. He also worked
for Digital Equipment Corporation and GE Capital for 16 years prior to joining
CSC following the acquisition of the GE Capital IT solutions business in
December 1999.
