MACH introduces new Roaming Implementation Manager solution

Telecom Lead Europe: MACH, a supplier of cloud-based
managed communication services, has launched the Roaming Implementation Manager
solution.

The new solution facilitates and speeds up the process of
launching roaming partners for mobile network operators. With these
capabilities, mobile operators will be able to rapidly increase visibility and
roaming coverage.

The company claims that the Roaming Implementation
Manager solution can deliver efficiency gains of up to 20 percent by automating
and streamlining many of the manual steps required in launching a new roaming
partner.

Rasmus Holst, senior VP of Market Offering at MACH, said
the combination of MACH’s expertise in roaming, coupled with direct input from
the people responsible for launching new partnerships, has allowed the company
to build an intuitive tool which can reduce administrative overheads by up to
20 percent.

The solution was designed in consultation with roaming
managers from leading mobile operators.

Roaming Implementation Manager is a part of MACH’s M
Vision portfolio of managed services that combines MACH’s Portal, a tool
for aligning business processes and combining business management with
actionable business intelligence, with its Applied Business Intelligence suite.

According to a study the global roaming market set to hit
$45.1billion in 2012, which provides mobile network operators with an
opportunity to grow their roaming businesses by broadening roaming coverage
through new partnerships.

The company further claims that its solution lets roaming
managers optimize any type of workflows for any processes they use to launch a
new roaming partner.
