GlobalOne acquires FLOW thru LOGIC, a telecom solutions provider



GlobalOne, a
provider of Software as a Service (SaaS), social collaboration and cloud
computing professional services for the enterprise, announced the acquisition
of FLOW thru LOGIC, an application development and technology integration
company.


The
acquisition is the first move in GlobalOne’s initiative to expand its vertical
solutions capability.


GlobalOne solutions speed
integration between disparate architectures and SaaS enabled sales and CRM
platforms, enable enterprises to realize the potential of cloud computing. The
company, which uses a blended-shore delivery model, will leverage FLOW thru
LOGIC’s expertise developing solutions to connect legacy telcom systems with
leading SaaS-based CRM platforms.

GlobalOne capabilities in targeted verticals,” said David Northington, CEO of
GlobalOne.


Telcoms are
burdened with legacy systems and struggling to move to the cloud. FLOW thru
LOGIC cracked the code for solving these issues with applications that enable
rapid integration between legacy systems and SaaS offerings. FLOW thru LOGIC’s
technical expertise and process knowledge will allow GlobalOne to better serve
clients as we drive our growth worldwide.


FLOW thru
LOGIC provides custom application development, CRM integration and IT
professional services to companies in the telcom industry.

GlobalOne
made the acquisition of FLOW thru LOGIC following the recent capital funding
announcement in August.
