Flytxt Big Data Analytics drives Vodacom to better customer experience

Vodacom, a mobile network in Mozambique, will use Big Data Analytics solution from Flytxt to enhance revenue and better customer experience.

Flytxt will support Vodacom to analyze customer behavior and extend better offers to its subscribers in real-time.

Paula Zandamela of Vodacom said the telecom operator would be able to augment its customer value management practices for their analytics driven customer segmentation and engagement approach.

Flytxt says it signed up with over 50 CSPs, serving more than 500 million subscribers across APAC and EMEA, for its Big Data Analytics powered customer experience, revenue management and mobile advertising solutions.
