Exclaim Mobility buys streaming technology from Frame Channel

Exclaim Mobility announced that it has acquired content
sharing and streaming technology from Frame Channel.

The Frame Channel technology will expand Exclaim’s Snap
MyLife platform capabilities, which includes a suite of device and server-based
applications for creating, accessing and socializing user-generated and digital
rights management (DRM) content on mobile phones, Internet-connected TVs,
photo-frames, desktop computers and tablets.

The technologies we’re acquiring through this
agreement will add new functionality to our Snap MyLife platform and further
enhance what consumers can do with their personal content,” said Jiren Parikh,
president and CEO,
Exclaim Mobility.

We are excited to take Frame Channel’s impressive
software to the next level and give Snap MyLife users new ways to create and
push photo streams and third-party content to any screen that they’re using as
a frame. As user-generated content continues to proliferate exponentially,
Exclaim anticipates that these technologies, when integrated into the
soon-to-be released Snap MyLife platform, will enable unique access and sharing
of content for our global user base,” Parikh added.
