Ericsson Charging & Billing in One (CBIO) solution powers Zain Jordan

Zain Jordan has selected Ericsson Charging & Billing in One (CBIO) solution.

The charging & billing solution from Ericsson will enable the telecom service provider to offer additional billing flexibility to its subscribers.

Ericsson CBIO solution will assist both prepaid and postpaid Zain subscribers to benefit from convergent charging and billing.

Zain Jordan subscribers will experience enhanced billing flexibility, which will allow them to try new services without facing unexpected costs.

“This latest step in our partnership with Ericsson will allow us to provide unparalleled billing flexibility to our subscribers and pave the way for the introduction of more advanced technologies in the future,” said Zain Jordan CEO Ahmad Al Hanandeh.

Ericsson’s solutions also support new machine-to-machine offerings and advanced subscriber and partner management capabilities, which create vast opportunities for operators to be innovative in their service offerings.
