Telecom Lead Middle East: Outsourcing is an emerging focus area among telecom operators. To strengthen its presence in outsourced segment, cVidya Networks has launched its new outsourced Managed Services offering.

Alon Aginsky, CEO and president of cVidya

The new Managed Services offering enables telecom operators, which are struggling to add fresh revenue streams, to reduce costs, optimize business efficiency, and focus on their core business functions.

cVidya has already deployed its Managed Services offering with several large customers.

cVidya Managed Services for operators includes consultation with industry experts, integration of cVidya’s advanced solutions, and long term maintenance and support.

Moreover, cVidya customers benefit from strategic planning and business analysis services covering all operational functions leading to reduced operating expenses, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced revenue leakage resolution and reclamation.

cVidya also partners with firms to jointly offer the Managed Services suite to operators.

“The nature of the telecom market is such that outsourcing specialty services has become a necessity. Our decade of operational experience with dozens of customers gives cVidya a unique advantage. We know how to tailor our services to each individual operator and work together with management to help realize corporate goals and targets,” said Alon Aginsky, CEO and President of cVidya.

ProVide Delivery Services, ProTect Post Production Services, and ProGress Strategic & Business Analysis Services are the three vital parts of cVidya Managed Services.

ProVide offers cost effective and transparent service which includes analysis, design, testing, integration, and rollout of cVidya solutions on a quarterly, iterative basis.

ProTect is a managed service for operation and assessment of the rollout of cVidya customer tailored solutions which include regular reports to verify system operability and stability as well as front end administration and production automation governance.

ProGress assists operators with business as usual and Revenue Intelligence strategy development and business analysis as well as identifying and closing revenue leakage gaps.

Recently,

cVidya Networks has bagged two contracts from large operators in EMEA. cVidya’s MoneyMap suite has already been deployed and FraudView, its Fraud Management solution, is currently under implementation.

The operators, with a combined total of over 30 million subscribers, carried out trials with the cVidya Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management solutions.
