Amcom Software certified on Siemens Enterprise OpenScape voice platform

Telecom Lead Europe: Siemens Enterprise Communications announced
that Amcom Software has been certified on its OpenScape Voice platform,
allowing healthcare enterprises to leverage Amcom console platforms with the
OpenScape portfolio for clinical communications.

Amcom Software and Siemens Enterprise Communications
innovated and interoperated to provide communications solutions for healthcare
organizations.

The latest certification enables companies to give joint
customers the opportunity to move from restricted, facility-based legacy phone
systems to more advanced architectures such as a data center or private cloud
model.

“We have worked closely with our strategic partners
at Siemens Enterprise Communications, and together we are committed to
delivering advanced solutions. Today more than 200 hospitals rely on Siemens
Enterprise Communications and Amcom for critical communications solutions that
help them improve patient care, staff satisfaction and overall
efficiency,” said Greg Stinson, chief technology officer, Amcom Software.

“Our long-term partnership with Amcom Software has
allowed us to serve our many mutual customers in the healthcare industry with
the very latest in communications technology, in many cases helping the same
companies together throughout our partnership to date,” said Bob Zemke, senior
consultant, Healthcare Solutions, Siemens Enterprise Communications.

OpenScape Voice is a carrier-grade, SIP-based platform
that offers comprehensive voice features across the IP network, ideal for
organizations looking to adopt a full SIP-based VoIP solution in the data
center and leverage unified communications and one-number service for
clinicians.
