Advanced Info Services (AIS), a telecom operator in Thailand and a part of SingTel Group, has signed a multi-year renewal deal with NetCracker Technology for its systems integration and professional services.
NetCracker Technology’s services for AIS, which has more than 41 million subscribers in Thailand, include support and maintenance for the NetCracker Billing and Rating solution to manage its mobile customers and address transactional demands.
“NetCracker’s comprehensive professional services have been central to our billing and rating operations, even as mobile networks evolve and customers demand more personalized offerings,” the Head of IT Billing System at AIS.
NetCracker’s professional services will support AIS to ensure consolidated billing environment, which improves visibility and enables the delivery of more personalized offerings.
