Accept Software deploys Aryaka Cloud-based WAN optimization

Aryaka, a
provider of cloud-based WAN optimization and application acceleration solution,
announced that Accept Software, a provider of product portfolio management and
execution solutions, has deployed Aryaka to boost inter-office connectivity,
reduce application response times for remote locations, and improve
collaboration across global teams.

Accept’s
software, Accept360, is an on-demand solution enabling enterprises to manage
all phases of product innovation, using applications that share a single
repository of information.

Before
implementing the Aryaka solution, the company was facing problems connecting its development teams in
India with its North American headquarters in California. Accept’s branch
offices were connected using IP VPN.

Internet
latency and packet loss resulted in extremely slow file and code transfers with
subversion. Employees were losing up to three hours of productivity per day —
equivalent to $15,000 across locations. These application performance issues
were also causing serious delays in critical development cycles for Accept‘s customers and consequently a longer time to market for their products.

“The
Aryaka solution immediately resolved our network stability and application
performance issues,” said John Haniotis, senior vice president Products,
Accept Software.

Since
deploying the Aryaka solution, Accept’s entire global workforce is now able to
access more efficiently a wide range of applications, including CIFS, HTTP,
SSH, RDP, Oracle, and MySQL.

“When
users get their applications and data fast, the improved experience makes them
happier and more productive,” said Ajit Gupta, Founder, president and CEO
of Aryaka.
