Telecom network operator Aircel has launched new mobile internet plans in Karnataka.

There are two mobile data plans from Aircel.

As per the first plan, Aircel will be charging Rs 298 for 5GB of 3G data for all customers with a validity of 28 days. In addition to data, mobile customers – both new as well as existing — can make calls at 1 paisa for two seconds during the same period.

As per the second plan, Aircel will be charging Rs 598 for 11GB of 3G data for all customers. The validity of the second data plan is also 28 days. As per this plan, Aircel customers can make call at 1 paisa for two seconds for 28 days.

Existing customers will enjoy the same data benefits at the same price, while their call would be charged at the old rates as opted by them earlier.

Kanwarbir Singh, business head – Karnataka, Aircel, said: “We realized that many of our customers consume high-volume mobile data for varied purposes and often face the challenge of running out of data credit in the middle of the month and eventually have to use multiple data packs.”
