Telefonica selects Gilat to extend 4G cellular backhaul over satellite for operators

Gilat Satellite Networks announced that Telefonica Global Solutions (TGS) selected Gilat to extend 4G cellular backhaul over satellite for mobile operators serving rural areas in the northern part of Latin America.

Gilat Satellite Networks is already providing its 4G cellular backhaul over satellite solution to enable connectivity for millions of people throughout the most remote areas in the region.
