Subex has won a three-year managed services contract from VIVA, a telecom operator in Kuwait, to provide its ROC Revenue Assurance and ROC Fraud Management solutions.
VIVA, a part of the STC group, has renewed the earlier contract for the provision of Business Assurance and Fraud Management solutions.
VIVA Kuwait will be focusing on 5G and IoT in order to bring new revenue streams that will need more advanced capabilities for Business Assurance, Fraud and Security.
“We achieved a great degree of process automation and efficiency through our engagement with Subex, and we are keen to carry forward the collective momentum gathered. With their suite of solutions infused with AI/ML, we see great possibilities in the future with this partnership,” Sai Devata, finance controller at VIVA Kuwait, said.
