Vodafone Idea 4G coverage improves in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Vodafone Idea announced the consolidation of its radio network in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana – reaching coverage across 391 towns and 19,700 villages.

4G network coverage of Vodafone Idea has expanded to over 67 percent population in the region covering 23 districts including 381 towns and 8,500 villages in the region.

The telecom operator has 20 million plus mobile phone customers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle.

“We are deploying new age technologies to enhance customer experience as we are building a robust, future ready network in AP & Telangana,” Puneet Krishnan, business head, Vodafone Idea, said.

Vishant Vora, chief technology officer of Vodafone Idea, is driving the integration of the networks of Vodafone and Idea Cellular.
