FCC plans $1 bn spending in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands networks

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chairman Ajit Pai has proposed to spend $954 million toward restoring and expanding communications networks in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands networks that were destroyed during the 2017 hurricane season.
