Keysight to close Ixia acquisition on April 18

Keysight Technologies for telecom operatorsTest and measurement company Keysight Technologies today said the acquisition of Ixia is expected to happen on April 18, 2017.

Keysight and Ixia received clearance under the antitrust laws of Russia for the acquisition of Ixia.

Keysight Technologies has already received early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, clearance under the antitrust laws of Germany and Israel and approval of the acquisition by Ixia’s shareholders.

Subject to satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions, the companies expect the closing of the acquisition to occur on April 18, 2017.
