Telecom operator Idea Cellular said it will expand its 4G services to more than 30 towns in West Bengal circle by April 2017.
Idea 4G is available to customers in Bardhaman, Krishnanagar and Arambagh from today. Major towns of Durgapur, Asansol, Kharagpur, Haldia, Behrampur, Siliguri in West Bengal are on the radar of Idea Cellular. Idea has over 6.3 million customers in the circle.

“Idea has grown to become the 3rd largest operator in West Bengal, in the shortest span of time, on the back of rapid network expansion and growth in market share. Idea 4G tariffs
In addition to Idea Cellular, Indian telecom operator such as Vodafone, Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel are also active in the market for enhancing their 4G subscriber base.
Idea Cellular said customers upgrading to 4G SIM will get 2GB 4G free data, valid for 14 days. This is a promotional offer.
Idea is offering unlimited 4G hourly pack on a recharge of Rs 21. Customer can dial *800*21# and experience fast internet speed and unlimited 4G data for one hour.
In addition, Idea has also launched Magic Recharge which offers data up to 1GB 4G for 15 days on recharge of Rs 74.
First recharge offer is available at Rs 152 offering 1 GB 4G data and Rs 20 Talk Time.
By recharging with Rs 148, Idea customers can make free Idea-to-Idea calls across India and 4G handset customers will get 300 MB Data. For Rs 348, users can make free voice across all networks in India and 4G handsets users will get 1GB Data.
