America Movil to reduce stake in Telekom Austria to 51.8%

Telecom network operator America Movil has decided to reduce its stake in Telekom Austria to 51.89 percent from 59.70 percent.

The company will be selling shares corresponding to 7.8 percent of the voting rights in Telekom Austria AG in the market. “This sale reduces the overall shareholding of America Movil in Telekom Austria from 59.70 percent to 51.89 percent,” said America Movil.
