Vodafone India Human Resources Director Ashok Ramchandran has decided to leave the company to pursue another opportunity.
Suvamoy Roy Choudhury will be the new HR Diector. Suvamoy will be joining Vodafone India from Reckitt Benckiser (RB), where he is the director HR for South Asia, based at New Delhi. Prior to his eight + years with RB, he worked with Baxter, Motorola and ICI.
Ashok is leaving Vodafone India after joining in January 2009. He built a strong foundation of the HR practices for Vodafone India, contributing significantly to the building of its performance culture, building HR and functional depth in the organization.
