Telecom service provider VIVA Bahrain has selected Syniverse to offer customizable data roaming packages to customers.
The service allows VIVA Bahrain customers to select the data packages based on their usage needs. The solution suite includes Syniverse’s Data Roaming Packs and Bill Shock Prevention. Subscribers will benefit from control over their data roaming options, better insight into their roaming usage and the ability to maintain roaming costs.
Saad Odeh, chief wholesale and enterprise officer at VIVA Bahrain, said: “The service offers different controlled packages in selected countries that fit the specific needs of individuals. It allows customers to manage their costs and avoid bill shock by alerting them via text message when they reach specific amounts of spending.”
