Telecom industry body COAI has urged the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to release pending spectrum urgently.

COAI represents GSM telecom operators such as Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India, Idea Cellular, etc.

The telecom industry body, according to a report in Economic Times, sent a letter to DoT secretary Rakesh Garg to take immediate action to release the spectrum and issue unified license.
