TeliaSonera in talks with Jazztel to sell Spanish telecom biz Yoigo

Telecom service provider TeliaSonera today confirmed that it is in talks with Jazztel as well as other parties to sell its Spanish operations Yoigo.

TeliaSonera, in its second quarter financial report, disclosed that the company’s future presence in Spain will be reviewed.

Jazztel has issued a regulatory filing stating that it is in initial talks with TeliaSonera over a possible offer for our Spanish operations Yoigo.
