A10 Networks files patent lawsuit against Brocade and F5 Networks

A10 Networks announced that the company has sued Brocade
Communications Systems and F5 Networks in the U.S. District Court for the
Central District of California for infringing two A10 patents, U.S. Patent Nos.
7,139,267 and 7,236,491.

A10
is seeking injunctive relief against further sales of Brocade’s and F5’s
products and services in violation of A10’s patent rights, including Brocade’s
FastIron, NetIron, BigIron, and ServerIron series products, and F5’s BIG-IP
products.

A10 Networks recently announced it appointed
EGUARDIAN to be an authorized distributor for the South Asia region.

The partnership will allow A10 Networks to expand on its
network of adding value added channel partners in the region, leveraging
EGUARDIAN’s broad customer base, channel management and expertise.
