T-Mobile offers free solutions worth $400 to U.S. SMBs

Telecom Lead America: T-Mobile USA offers free solutions worth $400 to SMBs in the U.S.

T-Mobile USA on Monday said its Business Extras bundle can provide added value, allowing B2B customers with capable devices to access business-focused capabilities or solutions, like 24/7 remote IT support and paper-to-mobile forms conversion, valued at more than $400 for free.

The new SMB solutions are offered to any small business customer who activates a new line or renews an existing line of service (min. 500 MB data plan required) before September 30, 2013.

T-Mobile says the normal cost of these services is $24.95 per month with a $99 activation fee.

But Business Extras offers virtually unlimited access to thousands of pre-built applications for a 30-day period. In addition, a subscription service helps businesses replace paper forms with mobile applications. T-Mobile’s SMB users can benefit from two paper-to-mobile form conversions for free – a savings of approximately $120.

For Business Extras customers, T-Mobile offers waived activation fees, dedicated Business Care support, Wi-Fi Calling on enabled devices, and free Smartphone Mobile HotSpot on select rate plans – providing additional productivity and savings.

Milan Ruzicka, vice president, B2B marketing at T-Mobile USA, said: “With our Simple Choice for Business plan, we make it simple and more predictable. Furthermore, with our Business Extras, we can help small businesses save more money and find additional productivity, thereby allowing them to focus on what they do best – running their businesses.”

  1. That’s a sweet offer for T-Mobile SMB customers indeed.

Datafield is another tool for SMB or larger corporate to take advantage to mobile forms : create complex forms, simple registration forms, email sign up forms… then sync your data with your I.S or your Mailing List solution such as MailChimp or Constant Contact. http://www.data-field.com.

Great also to collect customer feedback.
