Telecom domain experts from Tech Mahindra and HCL Tech join Maveric Systems

Telecom Lead India: Telecom domain experts from Tech Mahindra and HCL Tech have joined Maveric Systems.

Tech Mahindra’s Sridhar Parthasarathy and Ajit Kalle joined Maveric as VP & head, Telecom Business Unit and  VP, Telecom – Delivery, respectively.

HCL Technologies’ S Saiseshan will be the company’s VP for India and Asia Pacific (APAC) operations.

In October 2012, Maveric repositioned itself as a provider of technology lifecycle assurance. Known for its strong focus on the BFSI sector, Maveric has started providing Assurance Services to the telecom vertical as well.

Ranga Reddy, co-founder and CEO, Maveric Systems, said: “The three leadership appointments that we have made are extremely strategic ones. Sridhar and Ajit have a crucial role to play in building our Telecom practice; this is a new domain for Maveric.”

The company has aggressive growth targets.

At Maveric, Sridhar Parthasarathy is responsible for business growth, strategic vision, sales and account management. He will focus on providing assurance services for greenfield and brownfield rollouts, transformation initiatives and post rollout operations. Sridhar’s target markets include EMEA, APAC, India and Eastern Europe.

Ajit Kalle’s responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing and delivering assurance services for strategic, heterogeneous rollouts in telecom.

Saiseshan’s mandate will be to drive regional business development, entry into new markets and account management for the company.
