Realme 16 Pro Series Unveils Urban Wild Design with Naoto Fukasawa Collaboration

Realme, the most popular smartphone brand among Indian youth, has announced a collaboration with world-renowned design master Naoto Fukasawa to introduce the all-new Urban Wild Design for the upcoming realme 16 Pro Series.

Three years after their last partnership, the renewed collaboration brings together naturalism and refined contemporary craftsmanship, delivering refreshed Master Design colors, an industry-first bio-based organic silicone material, and upgraded aesthetic techniques that redefine smartphone design.

The realme and Naoto Fukasawa partnership is rooted in a shared philosophy of intuitive beauty, described as “without thought,” where design feels instantly right when seen or touched. This philosophy previously shaped iconic devices such as the realme X, X2 Pro, GT, and GT 2 Pro. With the realme 16 Pro Series, the collaboration evolves further by exploring the idea of a spiritual utopia within modern urban life, giving rise to the Urban Wild Design concept.

The Urban Wild Design draws inspiration from the tactile purity of nature, evoking sensations similar to wheat swaying in open fields or river stones polished by flowing water. These organic textures are seamlessly integrated with urban craftsmanship elements such as the Metal Mirror Camera, creating a design that balances nature’s raw spirit with contemporary city aesthetics. The result is a smartphone that feels organic in texture yet refined in form, inviting users to find their field of freedom within the rhythm of urban life.

The realme 16 Pro Series introduces four Master Design Colors inspired by nature’s palette: Master Gold, Master Grey, Orchid Purple, and Camellia Pink. Master Gold, available on both the realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro, reflects the warmth and delicate texture of golden wheat.

Master Grey, exclusive to the realme 16 Pro+, takes inspiration from river-polished pebbles, offering a smooth and softly luminous finish.

Camellia Pink, also exclusive to the realme 16 Pro+, is inspired by Indian festive flowers and designed for celebratory moments. Orchid Purple, available on the realme 16 Pro, captures the vibrancy and joy of Indian festivities. Together, these colors blend natural beauty with modern urban style.

A major highlight of the realme 16 Pro Series is the industry-first use of bio-based organic silicone. Made from renewable plant-based straw through a clean and pollution-free process, the material delivers a soft, skin-friendly texture with natural elasticity while offering high durability. It resists aging, dirt, bacteria, and abrasion, ensuring the smartphone retains its premium look over time. This innovation also reinforces realme’s focus on sustainability without compromising comfort or performance.

The device features an industry-first handcrafted All-Nature Curve design, where smooth and continuous lines flow seamlessly from the back panel to the mid-frame and display. This design enhances both visual elegance and in-hand comfort. Despite the premium materials and complex craftsmanship, the realme 16 Pro Series maintains a slim profile of just 8.49mm, delivering a lightweight and effortless grip for everyday use.

Luxury craftsmanship extends to the camera module and frame, where nature-inspired tactility meets urban refinement. The Metal Mirror Camera Deco uses Luxury PVD Craftsmanship inspired by fine watchmaking, achieving a high-gloss mirror finish that is rare in smartphones. Nanoscale Metal Coating Craftsmanship further enhances durability and scratch resistance, while the Volcanic Camera Deco and luxury metallic mid-frame create a cohesive and visually striking design.

With the Urban Wild Design, the realme 16 Pro Series is positioned as more than a smartphone. It is a design statement crafted for young users, offering a sense of freedom, individuality, and connection to nature within the fast-paced urban environment. Through its renewed collaboration with Naoto Fukasawa, realme continues to push the boundaries of smartphone design, delivering a product that combines innovation, sustainability, and timeless aesthetics.
