Moolah Wireless Revolutionizes U.S. Phone Access with Retail and Rewards Program

Moolah Wireless is rolling out the Moolah M1 smartphone in the U.S. The phone runs on Moolah OS and uses AT&T’s network through prepaid, no-contract plans. The company is partnering with regional business groups and retailers to place devices and service points in physical stores. Retail partners receive kiosks and support so customers can activate phones on site. The rollout includes a rewards wallet that gives users points based on usage, redeemable through participating retailers. This model combines device access, network service, and consumer rewards in one platform, showing how telecom is innovating with local distribution, prepaid options, financial integration, and retail partnerships for broader market reach.

Sercomm Unveils Wi-Fi 8 Platform to Revolutionize Home and AI Connectivity

Sercomm unveiled its Wi-Fi 8 platform at Network X 2025, developed with Broadcom. The platform uses Broadcom’s BCM6718 chipset based on the IEEE 802.11bn standard. It delivers deterministic latency, multi-gigabit throughput, intelligent spectrum management, and AI/ML capabilities. The platform supports fiber-to-the-room (FTTR), Matter protocol, and multi-gigabit AI-first services, providing a unified solution for connectivity, smart-home orchestration, and edge computing. Wi-Fi 8 enables more reliable low-latency connections, supporting high-demand applications such as smart homes, immersive media, and AI-driven services.

Ghana and Nokia Drive 5G Expansion and Digital Transformation

Ghana’s Communications Minister, Samuel Nartey George, met with a Nokia delegation to discuss advancing 5G and digital development, following prior discussions at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
