Jyotiraditya Scindia presents India Mobile Congress at MWC 2025

Indian telecom minister Jyotiraditya M Scindia announced at MWC Barcelona that the 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) will take place in New Delhi from October 8–11, 2025.

IMC 2025, Asia’s largest digital technology forum, is expected to attract 100,000+ attendees, 120+ countries, and 1000+ exhibitors, including GSMA.

Organized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and COAI, IMC will serve as a global platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and tech enthusiasts.

Key focus areas include 5G & 6G, AI, Semiconductors, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, Satellite Communications, Clean-tech, Smart Mobility, and Industry 4.0.

The ASPIRE startup program will feature 1000+ startups, 300+ investors, incubators, accelerators, and VCs with mentorship, live pitches, and networking.

Jyotiraditya Scindia highlighted India’s rapid digital transformation and leadership in emerging technologies like 6G, AI, and Quantum Computing.

IMC aims to reinforce India’s position as a global leader in digital transformation, fostering collaboration within the global ecosystem.

IMC 2024 recorded 175,000+ attendees, 1012+ exhibitors from 123+ countries, 900+ technology use cases, and 186 sessions featuring 820+ speakers.
