T-Mobile Partners with Netcracker Technology to Revolutionize Wholesale BSS Platform

Netcracker Technology, a provider of digital transformation solutions, has announced an extension and expansion of its technology contract with T-Mobile.
Netcracker BSS solutions for telecomsThe multi-year engagement will focus on evolving and modernizing T-Mobile’s wholesale Business Support Systems (BSS) platform. Netcracker did not reveal the size of the tech contract with T-Mobile, one of the leading telecoms in the United States.

T-Mobile Wholesale will leverage Netcracker’s advanced BSS capabilities to enhance various aspects of its operations. This includes extending BSS functionalities into critical areas such as the MVNO Partner Portal, Partner Configuration, Product Catalog, and Billing. By harnessing the features of Netcracker GenAI Telco Solution, T-Mobile aims to optimize customer care and interactions, ultimately boosting overall customer satisfaction levels.

Netcracker will continue to provide managed services for T-Mobile’s wholesale BSS, allowing T-Mobile to focus on revenue growth and customer loyalty initiatives. This collaboration empowers T-Mobile to strengthen its market position while enabling wholesale customers to explore new opportunities and create innovative solutions.

Dan Thygesen, Senior Vice President of T-Mobile Wholesale and head of T-Mobile’s expanding wholesale business, highlighted the significance of the partnership in facilitating T-Mobile’s expansion into disruptive areas beyond its core wholesale business. Thygesen emphasized that the collaboration with Netcracker has unlocked new possibilities to leverage T-Mobile’s extensive network and spectrum, driving innovation and reshaping the landscape of the U.S. telecom market.

Frank DeTraglia, Chief Customer Officer at Netcracker, expressed pride in collaborating with T-Mobile to pioneer innovative strategies on the largest and fastest 5G network in the U.S. DeTraglia underscored Netcracker’s commitment to supporting disruptive companies like T-Mobile in their mission to foster innovation and empower MVNO and IoT customers to thrive in a dynamic marketplace.
