Ooredoo expands Supernet fiber Internet to more towns in Myanmar

Ooredoo Myanmar said its coverage of Supernet Fiber high speed internet service has reached 27 new areas in addition to its existing coverage on Yangon and Mandalay.

This means, Ooredoo’s Supernet fiber Internet services have reached 65 townships across Myanmar.  The additional 27 townships include Bhamo, Hinthada, Hsipaw, Kalaw, Kyaikto, Kyaukpadaung, Kyaukse, Lashio, Meiktila, Mogok, Mohnyin, Mudon, Myingyan, Myitkyina, Pyinmana, Nyaung U, Nyaungshwe, Pathein, Pyay, PyinOoLowin, Shwe Bo, Tachileik, Tangyan, Taungoo, Taunggyi, Thanbyuzayat, Ye.

Supernet Fiber uses fiber infrastructure for a top performing connection with the affordable plans. Ooredoo Myanmar does not reveal its Capex in fiber broadband. Ooredoo Group had earmarked 25 percent of its total Capex for Myanmar business.

Ooredoo Myanmar has also recently launched new SupernetFiber promotion plans that include more benefits and discounts. The renewed users can enjoy special 5 percent, 15 percent or 20 percent discount depend on the renewed period. In addition to this, all of the plans include monthly mobile benefits; data, Ooredoo to Ooredoo voice and SMS etc.

Supernet Fiber customers can now pay their bill more conveniently by using their Ooredoo mobile main balance, by dialing*5555#. The payment amount can be settled starting from Ks 1,000 and only prepaid SIM can be used for this payment.
