Telecom Lead India: Xchanging will introduce mobile and
cloud based offerings for 4G platform in Indian telecom market.

Xchanging is expecting that the recent launch of 4G
networks in the Indian market will prompt companies to leverage the advantages
of 4G services to drive their businesses.

Our joint venture with YTL Communications enables us to
bring established expertise in developing solutions for 4G networks in Malaysia
to our customers in the Indian subcontinent. At Xchanging we provide our
customers with advanced services that can help transform their businesses,”
said Nimish Soni, executive director for APAC and Offshore Services.

Xchanging offers its customers services that enhance
performance and value. These new services will be made available across
multiple industries including banking & finance, retail, healthcare and
telecom.

With revenues of US$ 845 million and 7,500 employees
across its offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, the company has
significantly grown its presence in India since its foray in 2002.

Xchanging in India has a growing talent pool of about
3500 people at its global delivery centres in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon,
Chennai, Shimoga and Solan. Xchanging is one of the first few multi-nationals
to have IT/BPO operations in tier-3 towns like Shimoga and Solan.

Xchanging assists in hosting Internet services through 4G
using cloud-based and mobile applications developed specifically for 4G
networks.

The XCloud offerings include a range of IaaS solutions
like virtual servers, anti-virus, backup, storage, desktop virtualization and
Wi-Fi gateways in addition to PaaS including location-based services and
service provisioning.

Xchanging signs joint venture with YTL in Malaysia to develop

Recently, Xchanging, a business process and technology
services provider, and YTL Communications, a subsidiary of YTL Power
International, will set up a 50-50 joint venture to develop mobile internet and
cloud-based hosting offerings in Malaysia.

As per the agreement, the joint venture will combine
Xchanging’s technology, delivery expertise and international domain knowledge
with YTL Communications’ 4G network and market reach to deliver
