Indosat added 700 thousand mobile users from the previous quarter, reaching 95.4 million total customers.

Indosat said its ARPU rose 4.6 percent to IDR39.2 thousand. This momentum supported total revenue of IDR13.58 trillion and EBITDA of IDR6.42 trillion, a 0.6 percent QoQ increase.

Indosat’s net profit climbed 27 percent QoQ to IDR1.31 trillion — marking the 17th straight quarter of profitability.

Indosat invested IDR2.62 trillion in capital expenditure, directing 90.4 percent toward its cellular business, expanding its 4G BTS count to 202,179 — a 10 percent YoY increase.

Partnerships and innovation, including the AI-RAN deployment with Nokia and NVIDIA, positioned Indosat as a global pioneer in AI-augmented 5G networks.

The launch of the Digital Hub and expansion of talent development programs like GenSi and IDCamp enhanced customer engagement — reaching over 50 million monthly active users — and reinforced Indosat’s role in driving digital inclusion and AI readiness across Indonesia.

“By building the foundation for a digital and AI-driven nation, Indosat is laying the groundwork for Indonesia’s digital future by expanding its mobile infrastructure nationwide — with a focus on high-capacity, AI-ready networks,” Vikram Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said.

“Through investments in 4G and preparations for 5G, Indosat is enabling faster, and more reliable access to digital services, particularly in underserved areas. This infrastructure is not only vital for connectivity, but also essential for powering the technologies that will drive Indonesia’s next wave of transformation: AI, IoT, cloud computing, and digital platforms,” Vikram Sinha said.
