Idea 4G coverage reaches 32 towns in Tamil Nadu

Idea Cellular 4G launched
Indian telecom network operator Idea Cellular today said its 4G coverage reached 32 towns of Tamil Nadu including Chennai.

Recently, Idea Cellular said its 4G coverage in Karnataka reached nearly 61 towns.

Idea’s 4G service covered major towns across all 21 districts in Tamil Nadu. The third largest mobile service provider is the sole 4G service provider in 12 towns out of these 32.

Idea Cellular has made investment in 2,500 4G sites in Tamil Nadu to expand its 4G services.

MD Prasad, chief operating officer – Tamil Nadu & Chennai, Idea Cellular, said: “With aggressive rollout of 4G, we remain focused on providing our customers in the region with world-class mobile broadband experience and superior service delivery.”
