Vodafone Idea taps CtrlS to expand services to enterprise customers

Vodafone Idea Business Services announced a partnership with CtrlS, a data center services provider, to offer cloud, colocation, managed security services and managed cloud services to enterprise customers.

“This partnership with CtrlS will help us to offer our customers a comprehensive kit of ICT services for all the telecom needs across fixed line, mobility, cloud, colocation and disaster recovery,” Nick Gliddon, chief enterprise business officer of Vodafone Idea, said.

CtrlS is the largest Tier 4 data center and managed services provider in Asia. The company is providing services to over 3,500 Indian and global enterprises.

CtrlS operates one million square feet of datacenter space spread across 6 facilities including five Tier-4 datacenters based out of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida and Bangalore. It operates a Tier-3 datacenter in Chennai.

The company serves 20 of the Fortune 100 global multinationals including 35 of the ET 500 Indian enterprises. Hyderabad-based CtrlS has over 2,000 employees in India, said Sridhar Pinnapureddy, founder and CEO of CtrlS Datacenters.
