Telia may sell stake in Turkcell for $530 million

Telia Company has started talks with the Turkish Wealth Fund for the divestment of its stake in Turkcell for approximately $530 million.
Telia network offers“Negotiations are still ongoing and are in an advanced stage, but no agreement has yet been reached,” Telia Company said.

Telia Company owns 47.1 percent of Turkcell Holding, a holding company owned by Cukurova, LetterOne and Telia Company. Turkcell Holding owns 51 percent stake in Turkcell.
